My name is Carla Capp and I am eager to guide you through the sale of your home or the purchase of a home.  I grew up on a small grains farm in Towner, North Dakota and from that experience developed a solid work ethic and an appreciation for community. I obtained a master’s degrees in communication Disorders in 1998 and have worked as a speech language pathologist.  When working as an SLP it is important to establish relationships with your clients and as a realtor that also holds true to me.  I strive to provide exceptional customer service by understanding your needs, demonstrating honesty and integrity, and through transparent communication.  I will assist you through the negotiation, paperwork, inspection, and appraisal processes; so that your sale and/or purchase is free of stress by sharing my knowledge and experience with you.  Having lived in the FM area for twenty years I know this is a community with a variety of job opportunities, a safe place to live, and has unique places to shop with a variety of restaurants and events for everyone to enjoy.   I love being able to facilitate my clients most important purchase and investment in themselves.  Knowing that a home is a sanctuary from our outside responsibilities and a gathering place for family and friends in which we create special moments everyday provides me with a great sense of satisfaction when I assist my clients in finding the perfect setting for them to forge those memories.
